URGENT! Looking for assistant, photographer, videoman and others - NEW YORK ONLY

We are looking for a host (local director, representative, assistant, coordinator and also need photographer and videoman, toastmaster) to work for 6 days (from the 26th-31st of October, 2018) at our upcoming event, the World Film Fair. We will have our main base in New York at 3 different locations, where there will be film screenings, workshops and meetings with industry professionals. We are looking for some to perform duties such as meet and greet guests, host Q&A sessions with the filmmakers and also workshops and oversee the film screenings at the theaters. Applicants must be first language English speakers and be based in New York. Pay is negotiable.
