Vendor Database & Catagorized/Custom Print List

Project: To create an updateable categorized vendor list that is printable in a desired format. The vendor list preferably needs to be a database file (excel preferred), so that it can be updated regularly, that is then referenced by a MS Word doc or other document type which inputs and formats the vendor list data into a categorized list for printing. The desired format would be a document with two columns, with alphabetized service “titles”, then the contacts for that particular service listed below. (See attached [login to view URL]) * The fields with no information should not be visible. * The contacts data needs to remain intact on each page, with no page breaks cutting off portions of the contact information. * Will need to add custom header/footer information to whatever document format is used. I have an existing Excel vendor list (100+ contacts), however if there needs to be a front end user interface for data entry, vs excel, I’m open to suggestions on how to make this work. The bottom line is I’d like the addition of new vendors to be easy and the print layout to update without many steps if any.
