Creating UI for Mobile Apllication

We're starting a mobile application development. Prior to development we need a unique design for our application. UI Development Requirements 1) The UI should be in light color (Any blue color shade is preferred). 2) The UI should be developed in Photoshop. 3) The app only open by any gestures or code. For example, like screenshot functionality is working while drawing three fingers horizontally. 4) This app should work as intruder protector. If phone unlocking attempts exceeds specified number in the app, a photo must take of the person who is trying to unlock. This feature should work on any method of security functionality implemented in phone, like pattern, pin, finger print, face unlock etc. 5) If the phone is lost or stolen and if a particular SMS is received on the phone, the phone should alarm loudly unless a security system is opened. 6) The phone must show native unlocking security option while trying to switching off the phone. The phone must turn off while passing the security system. 7) There must be an option for hide/unhide particular chat in chat list. While hiding, the media sent/received by this chat should be hidden from the app gallery. 8) WhatsApp like messaging system with full features except web version. 9) An application Logo Application name will only be disclose on personal chat.
