URGENT HELP REQUIRED WITH WEBSITE COMPLETION

We have an urgent requirement for an experienced Web Designer to complete work for an Artists Website that we need to be finished ASAP. We have all the Web Pages with images and some of the layouts are already completed. The main tasks to be done are fixing layouts, manipulating images and adding links. This should be no more than a two day job for an accomplished Designer for which we are willing to pay £200.
