Unity HDRP - Lerp vector 1 over time shader graph custom shader (C# Script)

As title, i made a shader graph custom shader which contains 2 sliders, one is for texture transition which must be moved with LERP over time pressing one keyboard button, the other one slider is a dissolve effect which must be moved as PINGPONG over time togheter with the other slider. Due to problems i have to understand how to lerp correctly a shader graph shader i need more comments as possible inside the script. Shader shared with the request.
