Unity/unreal with two characters that read text

Hi, I am a unity developer with six years of experience,have worked on several unity projects as a freelancer. please view my profile to learn more about it. about this project it isn't easy to make things work with the text files, we have to convert the text files to audio files and upload them. We have several paid and free tools on the web for the conversion of text to audio. Uploading files to the server we need to use the addressable technology of unity along with a  web server. I will be using lipsync plugins along with addressable tech to achieve current requirements.

Hello there! Hope you're doing great! Is this to be used in web? or to be used in mobile applications? There is a difference in terms of development and planning. We have done many virtual conference rooms, interconnecting thousand of participants with different features. Like students control interfaces with separated teacher interfaces. So the experience is tailored. We can use text to speech but I want to have a nice voice, a natural one, this is raising your level to compete with others, so I would explore possibilities using AI inmediately. Now, if you want a more advanced application. We can create faces and rig them so your character mouth moves accordingly to what's being read (Lipsync). This will require fine tune in both, rigging and phonemes (the movements). Great major work is already done with our scripts, but, will require fine tune on the character. So It will see NATURAL, ALIVE, and not robotic like. The default language is in English only, for other languages will require refining and tunning as well. What is the goal of this? You want a prototype or a finished product? since you mention everything, static. Why is this important? You want to excel, and outstand from all the crowd, so your product must be good enough, how much money are you planning to invest in your product? Crucial info to know.
