I need a UI/front end developer and excellent design for dynamic page

Notes to our existing website/system 1. Our Users, as event organizers login to the backend of our website and can: a. Add multiple Conference Topics (sessions) b. Add speakers to sessions and add speaker bios. 2. Speaker and Attendee URLs are auto-generated for each session 3. The Visitor Landing page URL is autogenerated for each event 4. This landing page requirement must display from the above-auto-generated URL 5. This auto-generated URL presently links to a page that has a WYSIWYG editor Requirement: • Conference Visitor landing/registration page • Excellent design Project Qualification You must first submit list of server/database and User login credentials you require for access Page to Feature: • About the conference • conference speakers, link to speaker bios • Feature ‘register to attend’ button Brief: A. Once logged in, the organizer must be able to customize the new 'all in one' conference and registration page B. Page is auto-populated with above-referred event data that is uploaded by the event organizer C. The organizer should be able to further customize the page text, fonts, colors, images etc from the WYSIWYG editor D. The page must display from existing system auto-generated link E. Page must dynamically display user updates/changes F.
