Simple Lip Synching Job, using Adobe Animate (2018 or later)

Hi there everyone, This is a very simple job, one that I can do myself, however I want someone to help take this workload from me. I need someone who understands how to use adobe animate (2018 of later), to complete the ‘lip syncing” for individual characters I have created. I have all the characters ready, accompanied with audio files for individual voices, and all lip variation/animations ready to go. I just need YOU to carefully go through the character adobe animate files, and accurately complete the lip syncing based on the audio file I have provided, which I will attach to each character. There is 37 individual characters needed to have lip synching completed for, which is a total of ‘roughly’ 60 min of audio to go through and animate. I need someone who has a good eye for detail, and does not rush. You will NOT have to animate the eyes, or eyebrows. JUST THE LIPS I don’t want to have to teach anyone how to do this, I want someone who already knows how to do it. Please do not apply for this job if you are going to simply use ‘lip sync automation’ tool from the adobe animate application, as I have found it is not accurate.
