Talented anime style designer who can create 4 t-shirt designs featuring the character Kakashi -- 2

I am looking for a talented anime style designer who can create 4 t-shirt designs featuring the character Kakashi. The 4 designs must be originals (not copies). I'm starting my t-shirt shop so I have a limited budget. I will pay $ 20 for all 4 designs. If all goes well, this will be a long-term relationship and I will be able to pay a higher rate. I need the designs to be preferably in Illustrator vectors (Ai) to be able to make future edits or in Photoshop. If you only have Corel Draw or some other design program, you can give me the file in EPS and this will work too. I will also need the 300 dpi PNG of each design. The standard design box is 24 cm wide and 35 cm high, the measurement may vary depending on the design, but the width can never be less than 20 cm. I would love to hear from you and see your samples.
