I would like a digital artist who can render/photoshop static 360 degree images

Hello, My name is Chloe Hurrell and I am a PhD student at Griffith University on the Gold Coast, Australia. My research is about climate change and I am wishing to show participants how the Gold Coast will be effected by Climate Change through the use of Virtual Reality (VR). My first study is a series of low-cost prototypes where I test different threats (e.g., flood or fire) at different altitudes (e.g., drone shot or street view) as either a human or non-human species. I would like a digital artist who can render/photoshop static 360 degree images so that it can be viewed through an Oculus headset and is accompanied by music and narration. I currently have six images I would like produced. Please contact me if this is something you are interested in creating along with a quote of how much you would charge for this. Contribution of your work would be acknowledged in any published scientific journals. My second study would be a more expensive and detailed version of the most successful prototype and I would be particularly interested in artists who have the capacity/experience to do this more costly version at a later time.
