Do some 3D Modelling

I used to own a company in which I designed, manufactured and distributed scenic model kits for tabletop games. Sadly, I got out of the business, and I never should have. I am making a foray back into the business, and will be launching with a kickstarter. While I am refreshing my CAD and learning Zbrush, I don't want to wait until my skills match the level of detail I want from my sculpts to proceed. I am seeking someone who can work quickly and efficiently, and who will be willing to work at a very good rate with an agreement of a bonus if the Kickstarter goals are met (and further bonuses if they are exceeded). I want someone that I can collaborate with and work together with for many years. I would like to feature this person as a collaborator on the kickstarter, enabling him or her to showcase their work. Ideally you have some familiarity with tabletop fantasy and science fiction games like Warhammer, Warhammer 40,000, Warmachine, etc. The scale is approximately 28-30mm (an average human is represented by a miniature that stands 28-30mm high). All of the key elements of each design will already be laid out, but I am more than happy to allow artistic flair to shine though if it works for the scenery in question.
