Hello,
The plan is to convert a carport connected to a residential building into a garage. I have as-is drawings of the building, but not in proper format, so I assume it need to be imported as an image. The local building authority requires good quality drawings at scale, but it should be a straightforward job.

So basically what is needed is rework on some of the exterior drawings attached, to reflect convertion of the carport into a garage. The project name above is therefore somewhat misleading as I don't need a 3D model; 2D drawings at scale will suffice to meet the requipments of the lcoal building authority.
