We have 6 residential plans with 3 elevation styles each, requiring renderings of all four sides. This will be a total of 72 individual rendered views (6 plans x 3 elevation styles each = 18 elevations x 4-sided renderings each). A color palette will be given for colors to be used, as well as example renderings that we have previously used. The plans are in CAD format but DWF or PDF formats can also be provided. Photoshop may be necessary for the color application and shadowing, unless you use another software. The first 6 plans/3 elevation styles/72 rendered views will be needed by 7:00 pm PST on Sunday, June 16th. Files will be ready to begin renderings by close of business on Thursday, June 13th. Unlike the example provided, text will not be needed on these renderings other than the elevation view and style label at the bottom. A clean image is all that's necessary.
