Context buildings modeled and textured accurately to 30cm. for Level Of Detail (LOD) C. Low polygon modelling from Point-Cloud data. An NDA (Non-Disclosure-Agreement) is required to be signed and returned before Award (PDF attached). You will be provided with a Point-Cloud file in 3dsmax 2014 format upon award for reference modelling along with reference and location material. Our estimation is 40 hours, at 15-20 minutes per building for approximately 120 buildings. You will need to deliver the final 3dsmax file and all source files including materials.
