I can do measured drawings, (side, front, back, plan views) and decide wheel positions etc, but I cannot prepare mechanical drawing for wheels you need a engineer for that. The process: First, I will model the building in 3D using the dimensions you will provide. Then I will place 3D detailed furnitures. Then I will prepare materials, reflections, textures, lightning, atmosphere. Then I will send you first renders in draft quality (720p). After you review and I made revisions, I will prepare final renderings in HD quality (1080p). I will prepare 2-4 renders for each room depending their size (If more angles needed just say it, I dont charge extra for a few more renders but you should wait for extra rendering tim
