Blueprints converted to Individual Unit Floor Plans

I have a set of old blue prints from one of our properties. There are 6 units all with unique floor plans. I need some one to extract or create from scratch the blueprints into individual floor plans. I have highlighted the individual units in various colors to define the boundaries of each unit. Attached: "421 Dodge Prints - Floor 1 - 2 [login to view URL]" Attached: Original NON-highlighted "421 Dodge Prints - Floor 1 - [login to view URL]" I would like the 6 units to end up looking similar to the example floor plans attached: "Upper [login to view URL]" & "Main [login to view URL]" I want all the dimensions other than the room sizes. Add labels to Bedrooms / Bathroom / closets / Appliances ( Washer/Dryers , Dishwasher (DW), REFRG, etc.) . Decks I'd Also like the SqFt. and Unit #'s placed either on below or above the floor plan. Arrange it in a clean way. In total I would like 12 files: High quality if we can. Full Page if possible for each. 6 - PDFs 6 - JPGs I am able to chat and explain more if something doesn't make sense. Thanks in advance!
