Hello, I need a 3d Max modeller and renderer for the following work: Scope of work: 1. To render 2 view of external building and landscape perspectives. 2. Realistic rendering using 3D Max. 3. Basic building model will be provided in Sketch-Up model format. 4. I will provide material and finishes, and you need to apply to the model. 5. Quality of rendering in jpeg 5000x3400 dpi 6. Please attach link (to cloud storage or website) of you past rendering work in your fees proposal. 7. Delivery will be in 4 stages, 1. Angle selection and confirmation (low res), 2. First draft (hi res), 3. 2nd draft (hi res) and 4. Final rendering. 8. Attach sample of the images i need to render. 9. Payment milestone will be in 3 stages, first draft, 2nd draft and delivery. Deadline: Completed rendering in JPEG format must be delivered via email by Monday 30th May 2016 4.00 GMT.
