Caracas Venezuela 29 March 2016 India Dear Contractor: I'm have at my desktop, your requirements for this job opportunity, with great Joy; I have experience in painting buildings and steel structures; I have made estimates of the time that is consumed in these task. I have calculated scaffoldings for heavy work such as prefabricated bridge beams; I have placed the beams on top of my designed scaffoldings and add reinforced tendons for being postensed in site. I have used Microsoft Project several times in important projects; and made improvements in the actual outcome of these projects with informing of future issues and preventing them, and correcting the actual work for staying in the time schedule. I take the time for the projected coating activity with strict accordance to the specifications of the manufacturer, in method of placing, the coating, and with the construction codes. The placing of the scaffolding according to the construction method suggested by the manufacturer of it. The output of this work is: Description of the activities for accessing the site, and some alternatives for this analysed. The time involved for each one, according to the established performance at work. Plus the personal involved and their equipment. The schedule using Microsoft project, the critical path.
