A. I achieve basic to advance knowledge of Structural (Pre Engineered Building) projects. (Primary member, Secondary member, Sheeting & Trims, Layouts, Shop & Fabrication drawing, Cutting Diagrams, Bill of Material, & Erection Drawing.)
1) Study the project & give time Estimation.
2) Preparing the Approval drawing.
3) Preparing the Erection drawing.
4) Preparing the True scale development. (Layouts of Primary, Secondary, Sheeting).
5) Preparing the Fabrication Shop drawing with cutting diagram with reference [login to view URL] preparing separate Plates & Stiffener drawing sheet,
6) Preparing Bill of material and weight of steel.
7) Fill up the entire process document like self check Checklist as well as ISO Activities.
I know the MBS software. I use MBS software for PEB detailing. I have done 1 to 10 complexity jobs.
