I am an expert in 3D modeling & Rendering. I am a skilled sketchup and 3DS Max modeler, I do very accurate and quality work, without giving any chance to complain. I always model with proper poly count neither high nor small to keep the scene very tidy and make it possible my customers to use the scene without any problem.I am very fast in modeling using sketchup. Complex components also can be modeled using the sketches or reference images provided to me.

Hi I can do the job for you but my minimum is 100$. You know, it isn´t an esay job what you want, it requires time and knowledge to get everything as accurate as possible. Its a big house with its particular landscape. By the way on your selection process, be aware of cheap and non professional freelancers. To bid on your budget like it is or they don´t know jack about sketchup and render or you get shity quality. Thanks
