Building modeling

Final Products: Render of the facade of the project that shows the buildings and the area between them. Background: This project needs to be completed in 5-6 days, including rendering. This image will be used in the cover of the catalogue of the project Render size: 1920 x 1080 Job Descriptions: 1. Convert autocad file to 3dmx file 2. Add Decorative Details to park area that is between the building (trees, benchs,arbors,feel free to improve the look of the scene) 3. Add a forest image and then a sea image behind the buildings 4. Add Textures and shaders 5. Add Lights to scene 6. Setup the scene for render. 7. Transfer the file over for rendering. 8. Provide the 3dmx file ps.1: Camera angle should be similar to the sample image. ps.2: Previous render images are just there for you to give opinion about the buildings(We really did't like the quailty of those renders and expect a way better image)
