Convert my 2D sketch to 3D in Google Sketchup

Attached is photos and exact 2D measurements of the top bottom and side views of a nozzle plus detailed photos. I need these 2 parts combined into a single unit so that I can print the part in 3D.
I need a Google Skecthup as I can make changes relatively easy.
If you have access to Coreldraw I can provide you with the original files
As everything is provide it should not take you more than an hour to complete
Successful bid will need to do some minor additions which will be additional project
