Hi, the second assembly is exactly the same as the first one, but the triangle should be smaller to transporte one piece inside the other. Space between both pieces should be around 4cm. Regarding the first assembly, a few issues: - I am concerned about angular positions of the holes, since there is no tolerance specified. - the hole needs to have some space for the screw to be mounted easily. Note that this will be assembled at 80m high. - The screw must not be subject to shear stress when two assemblies are compressed. - now I see that the "assembly pipe" is unnecesarily long. It should overlap with the main pipe some 15mm. Let me know if you prefer me to make some sketches about this. regards
