Do some 3D Modelling

I am planning on building a completely new house on a modestly sized but prime piece of property that I own in Los Angeles. It will have a main front house and a back house. I am requesting a design plan for the back house and courtyard (the space between the front and back house). The total property is 50 ft wide x 125 ft long (6,250 square feet). The front portion will be the driveway and the main house, you can leave that portion blank in your design. I am looking to design the simpler back portion right now. I want a 10 ft wide space between the end of the back house and the end of the property. I want the back house to be 20 ft deep x 50 feet wide (extending the whole width of the property, 1000 square feet). This means that between the 10 ft buffer zone and the 20 ft deep house, the front of the back house would be 30 ft from the edge of the property. I want it to be a two room back house with a bathroom in between/connecting the two rooms. I want the ceilings to be 14 ft high and the roof to be flat. The reason the roof must be flat is that, I want on the exterior (outside) of the back house, a spiral stairway leading up to the flat roof, which will be a lounge area. In front of this, I plan on having a jacuzzi and a lap pool. The jacuzzi is above ground and is about 10x10 feet. It will go directly in front of the back house. The lap pool will be 45 X 8 feet wide, stretching the full width of the property. This brings the total dimensions of the design I wish to see to around 50 ft wide x 60 ft long. (50 ft being the width of the property, and the length being 10 ft space behind back house + 20 ft deep back house + 10 ft long jacuzzi + 8 ft wide lap pool + 12 ft of extra space - maybe 6 ft between back house and jacuzzi and 6 ft between jacuzzi and lap pool.)
