To whom this may concern, I am wanting to enquire about the cost of hiring a 3D animator to create some work for a holographic display. The hologram itself has already been created, we simply need someone to create the content we desire. The only requirement for the animation to be hologram compatible is to be on a black background. We are looking at having an animation of the old Brisbane Powerhouse, transforming into the new Brisbane Powerhouse. We want a "magic" element to the animation, using electricity bolts as the sparks to change two images. I have attached 2 images below. This is a funded project and will bring you great exposure!
