However after smile, the epithelium is enclosed inside a pocket, so it is very difficult to clean the undersurface of the cap, and the upper surface of the corneal stroma, and if we could clean them, it is very impossible to get ride from the epithelial cells completely out of the pocket. The cells will circulate inside the pocket with the washing saline, and they will stay inside, and multiply once again.
