I am looking for someone to create a 3D model of an existing Adobe illustrator file of a cartoon character. I have many to do, but just want to find the right person so just 1 to start with for this project. If it works out well, i will have more to do as well as some animation (to be discussed) The 3D model needs to be high quality and exactly as the picture.
