Create an 3D Animation

We want our mascotte which is supplied with this project in 3 cartoon style vector images in PDF format, designed in 2D, to be brought to life in a short 7-10 seconds 3D animation created in a sequence of PNG images on a transparent background. The animation itself must show the character walking into the frame coming from the right bottom of the screen, then start pointing to a imaginary object and give a thumbs up and a smile. We want his face to be brought to life by moving the eyebrows while giving a blink in a natural way while he gives the thumbs up. The animated mascotte must be a likeable character. He should give the perception of a brave boy with a attitude.
