Convert STL file to STEP file (need to "clean" the STL mesh) -- 2

We are looking for someone that can convert an existing 3D shape (.STL) into a working .STEP file. The shape is completely designed, but it has some minor "errors" in the mesh that probably prevent it to convert it directly. A 3D expert will see this easily.
