Konnitiwa, my name is Andrew, I am a design engineer from Ukraine. I've been making scale models of buses, trains and buildings for 3d printing (my contractors were hobby shops, they printed them, painted and sold to customers). Also I've made some models of cars and jet planes just for fan. Do you need a model for a car as in the attached image? I will need elevation views (top, front, side) to work with, usually front and side views are enough. I can try to find them myself, just need to know name of the car so I'll know what to search. Actually I have some questions to you: what do you mean by "3D printing data like photo quality" (usually people say "photo quaity" when they want high-res render, but we are talking about 3d printing, not about a simple realistic looking image, aren't we?) and "one animal 3D data" (so there is a car and an animal model?).
