JOB OVERVIEW: Looking for experienced caller to respond to inbound submissions (no cold calling) from homeowners asking for tax assistance. Goal is to help homeowners by providing them various solutions to take care of their delinquent taxes. A simple questionnaire and discussion (relationship focused, compassionate and understanding) will be completed to see if they qualify. If not qualified, the homeowner is notified of other options available. Goal is to schedule an in-person consultation to discuss the options. Also, will follow-up with homeowners, as needed, to ensure client solutions are fulfilled and/or if their interest level has changed. 3-4 months but maybe longer depending on results. QUALIFICATIONS: Little accent – REQUIRED – If not, will not consider since local economy favors residents, substantially. Excellent English Drive and motivation to succeed. Goal orientated - We want to pay Bonuses. Listening Skills - Able to listen and build relationships with homeowners. Phone skills - lead generation, sales, or call center experience – 3 years. Must be positive, high energy and not afraid of difficult homeowners. Organized and attention to detail. DUTIES Inbound and outbound calls. Emails and texts to homeowners. Gathering set information. Schedule in-person consultations. Follow-up with homeowners.
