When you hire PXL8IT Direct Marketing Services as an appointment setting / lead generation / marketing service you will receive:
Your project manager, a list of 1,000 company names which we will compile based on the search criteria you provide pulled from three different list services (no charge), weekly call reports with the time/date stamp and callers notes in an Excel spreadsheet (see attached), registration / lead notices emailed to you daily, set up and training of callers, script writing services if needed and conference calls between you and your project manager.
Your project manager will oversee everything and make sure the list and script are working well and will make changes if necessary to maintain the success and momentum of the call program. Our callers will be fully trained on your company information so you will be represented well.
I can provide just a general average based on our other appointment setting / lead generation calling programs. It differs based on the level of decision maker – corporate compared to small/medium sized business, geography and competition. On average, 1 appointment is made about every 2 - 4 hours of calling. This can be higher or lower depending on the size of the business, the region in which it is located and current economic trends.
You can consolidate the call program into a short or long period of time if needed. We work to custom fit your marketing needs to your time frame. We are able to move quickly so a March 2009 start date will be no problem. We are requesting a 1 week lead time for calling to begin, but, project set up can begin immediately.
Our callers are in the USA. PXL8IT Direct Marketing Services will never outsource overseas. English is our language and we have to have 3 or more years of sales and marketing experience to work at PXL8IT Direct Marketing Services. We sound conversational and never scripted. We are a virtual call center and PXL8IT Direct Marketing Services has retained higher quality callers this way. People will never know that we’re not from your company.
There are ways of presenting the email information. If you wish the callers can send it from their own generic email or you could have your Project Manager pull an email request report at the end of each calling day and email it over to you if someone in your office wishes to send them out. Or, you can set up the PM with a POP account from your company to send emails from.
I can tell you that 1000 leads would take us approximately 100 hours to get through. We estimate it will take us two calls to reach the decision maker. Our callers average 20 - 25 calls per hour. Based on the previous figures I can quote you 100 program hours at $18.00 per hour. 50% is due upon signing of the contract and 50% is due midway from project completion. $1000 due at signing and $100 upon midway from completion totaling $1600 (this includes a one time $100 database access fee and other administrative costs).

Regular pricing for the pay per lead programs will start at $125 per appointment and will increase depending upon the industry. However, PXL8IT is currently offering this opportunity to purchase a minimum of 5 appointments for the unbelievable price of $100/appointment.
We are only offering this package until our schedule fills up. Terms of this agreement will be upfront payment only.
