Find Social Media Marketing and Website Designer leads!

I run a Social Media business, with Website Design and eventually am expanding into Mobile Apps.. I need someone to do email marketing, possibly apply SEO to existing websites if you know how.. not required, do some light telemarketing, email marketing, post ads to CL.. basically close sales for me and refer clients to my business. Not a full time gig.. something someone could do in spare time. 5- 10 hrs a week.. either you'll get paid when I get paid for work OR we can work out a percentage of the final sale of each gig you land.. so basically the more sales you get me the more you can make.. :)
