Power of the law ANS: C EXP: If applicants want to permit spouse to sign the state application document a notarized Power of Attorney form must be executed. Questions should be thoughtful, no simple answers, Question stems minimum of 2 sentences, answer stems a minimum of 1 sentence. Each question must be unique, each answer must be unique. No "all of the above" no "None of the above". Answers should be A,B,C,D
