Hello,
I'm an experienced Software Engineer with 10 plus years of industry experience of developing middle-ware, server side and client/server applications using .NET and related technologies.
Websites happen to be the browser based web clients and purely depend upon the data set that resides on the back end databases.
Even if someone hacks your website as long as your database is protected no harm can come to your data and in fact website.
You refine your security issues with your website and deploy again.
In my humble opinion in case of IIS or any other Web Server it is not an easy task to hack if security measures have been properly addressed.
You may also replicate your data between 2 or more SQL Servers in order to ensure your data.
I believe I can help you with your web server/web application and SQL Server.
Please let me know if interested.
Best Regards.

Hi,
I'm working as DBA and database programmer since last 7 years and face such maintenance issues on daily basis.
Regarding your first query, if database got offline for 15 minutes then yes there will be no way to recover that lost data. But if database if up and only inaccessible then the last successful incremental backup can do the job.
And yes you can have a password protected database backups.
Would be glad to work with you on this project
Thank you!
hello
for the first step I recommend making backup including index reorganization , not incrementally. Since You travel so no rows of unused tables (incremental ) and therefore may have lost data
for the second detail you can define a primary key for all passwords and security administration using Custom settings account "sa"
