Write some software

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed . Hi there We are a small service business. I am looking at a software solution for my small business. We are working manually until now but we need to automate our business. We will have emails coming from our clients n customers from our website form. Now we need to have a solution where all our enquiry or clients details should come and create as accounts in database and we should be able to send different forms like invoice , remainder email , promotion emails or feedback form email automatically to out clients . And also we need a messaging service also in dat software solution. Also can you guide us how to make our bookings automatic , I mean do you integrate any booking calendar to our email like google calendar ( any solution??). Awaits For your response. Many thanks
