I am looking for a freelancer to help me with my project. The skills required are C#. ASP.Net MVC, MS-SQL, WCF, Restful Web Services, Software Architecture. I am happy to pay a fixed priced and my budget is $50 - $75 dollars. I require a simple CRUD application, personnel details need to be stored in a database, a web service is needed to access the data. The UI layer that will consume the web service must be done in ASP.Net MVC. A layered architecture is required, use of DI and design patterns. This is required for today
