web ID requests

Hello my name is jonathan buckland, I am trying to get the internet to have Id requests when starting contract sights. I believe this is a tall order and I don't know what all is involved yet I hope it is a two way street and a barter in many ways because I have an app that makes sure an Id is real and publication world wide on contracts is a tall order as well. I think I think it needs to be done so everyone is not creating immoral communication with miners. and I don't know what I have done yet I just need help and hope fully my idea is not getting stolen
