Python Developer Needed - Fork ERP and Integrate a Help Desk / Ticketing System (LONG TERM)

We are looking for a python developer to join our team on a new project. We are going to fork a ERP product ([login to view URL]) and want to develop it into a different type of product with similar core functionality. Ultimately, this will be a open source core with the full product available as a SaaS product. The first two task that are apart of this specific project are the following: 1) We want to modify the UI to utilize an admin theme that we will provide and get rid of the home screen navigation style. We want to keep navigation at the top of the page. 2) We want to take an existing help desk / ticketing system and make it apart of this product, or create the functionality from scratch. Whichever is easier. The ticketing system itself will need to have some minimum features that we will update this project with before awarding. We will interview candidates, agree on feature set and update this project with those details along with milestones and fee amount. Only then will we award. If you bid, we want to receive opinions and feedback from you -- so if you cannot do that then its likely not a good fit.
