Hi. Mostly problem with ip rotation and dkim, spf or dmarc is about each ip need to be configured to use dkim, spf and dmarc. So.. dkim,spf and dmarc is just for guarantee not fake ip behind fake or valid domain. I've worked with postfix from long time ago and I can help you without problem Just I need ssh access and work with your dns guy for to configure specials records for dkim, dmarc and spf Open to questions.
