Oddsportal web extractor

I am looking for an extractor of feed data from [login to view URL] web site. The extractor must be written in Python, clearly documented and the code must be clearly written/commented such that I can easily extend and maintain the code (I'm a newbie in Python). The implementation should be done in Python (3.6.3, 64bits) or Matlab. What should the code do: 1) Retrieve odds from upcoming soccer matches in certain leages. -> Start with the main leages in Engeland, Spain, Germany, Italy, Netherlands and Belgium -> It must be easy to extend the number of leagues -> It must be easy to change the timeframe (default should be 24hr) -> It must be easy to extend the code to other sports (e.g. basketball). 2) Odds to be retrieved are: -> 1X2, Over/under, Both team to score -> Code must be written such that kind of odds can be extended easily. -> It must be easy to select/exclude certain bookmakers. 3) Outcome must be printed in a .csv file As explained, the documentation and cose description is very important since I'm just started to learn Python/Matlab.
