Node.js programmer needed to write online Seat Reservation system

I am looking for someone experienced in Node.js to create an online Seat Reservation system. Overview: We have an online software application that we sell memberships for. We want to limit the number of people who can buy a membership in a specific Zip Code area. The seat reservation system will be used to determine if a Zip Code area is still available for a person to purchase. There will be a Frontend - which would be what the visitor online would see. It would be an HTML5 page the visitor would interact with in order to determine if their zip code is available to purchase and then proceed to make the purchase. Example: visitor wants to purchase a membership in the zip code 85755. If 85755 has not previously been purchased, the visitor will be prompted to purchase said zip code. If 85755 has been purchased, the visitor will be prompted to select a different zip code. I have attached a flowchart diagram as well as a detailed that outlines the project in great detail. Some requirements for building the system would be experience with: -- Node.JS version 5.5 or higher -- ExpressJS version 4 -- Either RethinkDB, MySQL or MongoDB experience This program will not require a user management or authentication module, nor will it require a session store.
