Hi there, I am rather new to Labview(picked it up for a few months) and trying to develop a program to detect bacteria in water. I have already worked on it for quite a long time but stuck at some areas. The software consist of 2 parts. 1) syringe pump, 2)peak analysis (Fluorescence) The syringe pump code is more or less done so i dont require any help. However for the data analysis part i require some help. What i am trying to achieve regarding this program is to plot a graph yaxis(radiation intensity) xaxis(wavelength). The program is to run continuously in real time and able to detect peaks at any point of time. The peaks will have a value which shows the identification of a certain bacteria. Example, [login to view URL] (100yaxis, 525xaxis). The program will be able to save and store the data, identify and classify the data as well. Furthermore, create a graph on number of samples detected as well as each bacteria intensity spectrum (refer to the images attached). The data (taken continuously at 1 sec integration time over a period of 2 minutes) given is shown in the text file (Attached below) Hope someone can guide me in this project! Thank you!

I was employee of National Instruments. Currently I also have a project related to SPR. Your project seem to use similar technique to characterize bacteria. First thing first, I can assist you to complete the project, but do not expect me to do any report writing stuff. If you agree on this baseline, please chat with me for more details to come up with an agreement.

You mentioned that the data comes in real time , can you please confirm by which way data comes in real time to show on labview through SERIAL/UART, RS232 or IP based any other way ? 2. In which format you want save the data . (format means in excel file, .csv, .txt) Looking forward to work with you. Best Regards, Sonia D.
