Fix issues in my python script that uses machine learning (k-means clustering)

I have written a python script that uses the scipy stack (numpy, pandas, matplotlib). My script uses k-means clustering and uses distortion method to find the optimal number of clusters for a given set of data points. It is a direct implementation of the post from this blog: [login to view URL] , however with all the errors fixed but only one or two remaining. What's confusing about these errors is that you run the script once and it works fine but when you run the same script another time, it throws out the error. So I need a developer to find out the cause of this.I want a developer to start work on this and deliver asap. The developer must be skilled in python machine learning especially should be familiar with the concept of k-means clustering and should have hands-on skills in the scipy stack. My budget for this project is $70.
