There is not much detail provided. I assume it will not be easy to select correct developer for the job for such a job post. - It would be nice to know 3rd party app details. Not everybody can handle all databases or APIs. It may be something not widely used or completely out of standards. - There is no requirement on development language. I am planning using Delphi (object pascal) for that matter. However, it maybe easier to find a .NET developer as it seems there are lots of them around. Thanks & regards.
