Develop a cross platform time tracking app for windows/mac/linux

Hi, Looking for a developer with experience of developing cross platform applications for window, mac and Linux. Either in a language such as C/C++ or Python or Xamarin. We have a windows/mac/Linux time tracking client which we need re-written. Our current version was written in Python and cross compiled for windows/mac and Linux. We don't have all the source code for this client but we have a detailed specification document plus some disassembled code of our current client. Our windows/mac/linux client does the following: - Logs the start time when users log in - Logs the end time when users log off - Logs break and lunch times when users click break and lunch buttons - Logs keyboard and mouse activity - Takes screenshots at defined intervals - Takes camshots at defined intervals or on demand - Records running apps on user's computer - Checks internet connection speed - Pops up a message at defined intervals to prompt user to input current work status - Allows option to select client to work for on login - Allow tasks to be created by user as a todo list - Stores time and screenshot data locally incase of disconnection to be uploaded later If you have such experience and can help I will be happy to work with you long term.
