I would need to have someone code or provide me with the proof of concept for the following:

1. A slack channel chat monitor

2. Telegram chat monitor

3. Discord chat monitor

Preferably the code should be run in a Linux environment, but if Windows is required - we can discuss it further. My requirements are:

Have a 24/7 chat monitoring across all channels within slack/discord, and Telegram, and dump it to a local text file. The text file also needs to be timestamped so it can be rotated if necesssary (i.e = slack-#[login to view URL]

There are some tools/API available in github, etc and I am okay with the freelancer not having to reinvent a wheel. I just need the freelancer to piece everything together with instructions so I can run it on my Linux VM. Once the log files are written in real-time, I'll use another software for indexing into databases.
