B. Microsoft (Azure)

C. Youdao [login to view URL]

Would also love to hire someone to also perform the database development that would store the translation memory of usages, we will be using MongoDB. Willing to pay more if you have this capability, looking for someone with at least 5 years experience in software development with Python. Willing to pay more for someone advanced who can get the work done right. Will provide more details upon acceptance.
