I have a fairly good understanding of what you are looking for and can deliver this within a week with the ability to import emails from csv or add manually, configure dns, validate using smtp and store results with full history as well as allow you to look up an address or export results for the given addresses. I will deliver a robust, full-blown solution and be available for future enhancements. I'm looking to use C# and some free third party libraries with permittive licensing (for commercial use).
