Design and create a Wordpress site using the Thesis Theme(repost)

The project is to build a small multi-page site /blog on the Wordpress Platform with the Thesis Theme. The site needs to be SEO optimized and one idea is to have a video player on a static landing page for PPC, PPV, SMM and organic traffic. There will also need to be an area on the sidebar for links to another range of Information Sites I have and which will be continuing to expand as well as an optin-box. While I wish to keep the site basically simple, I would still like a clean attractive and professional looking site. This is the first of a series of sites I plan on building and my present idea is to use this site as a template to build the future sites so as to maintain the feel and maybe brand them, as well as making it easier to build the future sites. This is envisaged as an ongoing project with a long term relationship with the right contractor and any input of ideas will be very welcome. I am an internet marketer working as both an affiliate and with my own products. I am currently expanding my business and plan to build 3 or 4 sites in the very near future, and about 40 sites by early 2012.
